Hello! Thank you for reviewing my project! I am launching a nonprofit organization centered on youth leadership and need some help getting the business side together. I run a small women's clothing boutique. I have a year-end cash-flow document with all sales, stock costs and categorised expenses recorded. From this I have created a balance sheet and profit and loss account sheet to submit to Companies House under the micro-entity clause for my yearly accounts and also corporation tax (nil to pay). I am confident of the numbers and accounting on my cash-flow document but I would just like someone to go over the balance sheet and profit and loss account sheet that I will submit to Companies House ? to make sure I am doing it correctly. Small retail company currently using QB online I have a small retail business that purchases used construction machinery overseas and then imports for resale in the US. In the process of preparing for the customer we have to first ship unit to our location, pay port fees, truck overland, purchase various parts (example: new seat, seals, headlight, battery) and then the item is placed for sale. It is important to know the total of the initial purchase price and the following costs that create and assembly in order to price the machine correctly.
