I would like you to create an interactive self-assessment document which will allow individuals to assess their knowledge, skills and experience against key project management competencies. The tool will provide a graphical representation of the areas of strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas for further improvement. You can view an example of roughly the content to give you an idea of the the information I need to capture.   [obscured]  /file/d/0B_SMWAxtbM1ucHlHbXhicnZJSUk/view?usp=sharing Some of the actual content still needs to be developed and I may decide to alter or amalgamate some of the domains, subheadings etc. This at least gives you an idea of the data being captured. How it looks is important. Don't want it to look like an excel spreadsheet. Would prefer it looks like an online form which provides a printable report. If there are other tools that can do the kind of thing I'm looking for, I would be open to that. I'm intending to have content r...

I have 2-files on a Network: 1 Excel and 1 Power Point. I need event driven VBA coding so that when the Excel file is closed the Excel chart within Power Point is updated. The updating of the Power Point has 2 criteria. 1) If it is not open the VBA needs to Open, find the correct slide, and Update it. 2) If Open it needs to find the slide and update without kicking off the computers connected to the (read only) Power Point Slide. 3) Only the Excel workbook will have write access. *The Power Point will be used as a dashboard, multiple computers on the same network will be connecting to it as read only... the excel workbooks will have write privileges. Basically the PPT is a collection of Charts from many Excel workbooks. Each Chart will have its own PPT slide... . The sole purpose is for real-time monitoring of Excel charts. I will set the PPt change slide interval to 15 seconds, the slides will loop 24 hours a day. *I am familiar with VBA and will be editing the other Excel work...

I am in the pilot testing stage of an assessment for job applicants and I would like a number of features that the existing commercial survey sites only provide partial support for. Since I offer the assessments to different organizations, I need a way for them to register and only have access to the scores for their organizations. Much of these items are available in most commercial survey sites, but none seem to have it all at a price that fits our business model. We serve mostly nonprofit organizations on very tight budgets, so my effort is to create a tool that is low cost but useful in order for them to enhance their operations. Items 1 through 5 are needed; item 6 is nice to have but we can pass on that at this stage. 1. This is a rating scale assessment with a 1-6 scoring. 2. As much of this needs to be automated as possible. 3. The persons taking the assessments are job applicants and they do not see their scores. The scoring sheet will need to be automatically sent to the ...

I have an Instagram account with followers. I needs to know how many of my followers actually view a picture that I post. I'd like the solution to be a PHP website where I authenticate with my credentials and then my last 5 pictures come up with the number of views. The number of views is the most important metric that I need. Here is an example: If I have 100 followers and I post a picture and only 75 users view the picture, then I want to see the number 75 on the website you create, not 100. A secondary metric, would be the number of likes and number of comments. Thanks!

Greetings! I have a SharePoint 2010 Foundation site/account for my company that I have been using mainly for document storage and common access for my business partners. We do a fair amount of research, writing, training, etc using a variety of resources including Word, PDF, PPT, video & sound media, etc. I wish to store all of these on the SP site and control access. Our SP site is being seriously UNDER-utilized and I wish to 1) have an expert come in and analyze the way it is set up and make suggestions for efficient structure; 2) utilize SP tools to create a method for searching through the thousands of various files contained within the SP site; 3) help me to more effectively manage the site. I suspect that this would involve an hourly rate. Unfortunately, we are a small company and budget limited so, much as we wish to just hire the person with the highest rating (regardless of cost), we will need to balance the hiring decision with the rate. Thank you for your interest...

I have developed a game similar to, but more complex than Sudoku. Seeking a proven developer who has experience developing game apps for android, iOS and the web that are successfully selling. You will need to sign a NDA and non-compete, develop the game and assist with marketing and revenue generation model. RFP: Please provide proof of experience, a manageable rate and perhaps a staged approach where I can create the 3D version of the game, set it up for revenue generation and then use that revenue to develop and market the other versions. To clarify, this is a re-post because the rates and/or # of hours submitted to complete everything at once is out of my original budget. Therefore, I am open to a staged approach, but it must be one that will begin generating revenue with the 1st launch. I am open to discussing a partnership with an experienced developer for a portion of the ownership/ revenue share, but only if that partner has proven experience with right protecting games, ...
