We are looking to create a system of organization to keep track of the items we are working on and the status of those items. It should be usable by all three of us simultaneously. We would want to be able to create hundreds of tasks and have them sort themselves (such as change color, move itself to another sheet when closed, and be able to automatically respond to the status we apply. Each item needs to be sort-able by project/client/work type... a master sheet with summary info and statistics on every single item across all jobs that is sort-able and filter-able. I operate a membership site which I want to convert into Infusionsoft/CustomerHub. I have used Infusionsoft for about eight months. The current membership site holds 48 pages. (12 months of four weeks each) each week is on a single page. I want the site to open access to the next four pages on receipt of each monthly payment.
