We had a program developed years ago that runs on Microsoft Access Database and we use Runtime to operate it. We use this program to keep track of "auto" shipments for about 400 different customer locations. The program tells us what, when and where to ship our products to each month. We then reset it based on the shipment intervals desired by the customer. It publishes reports in PDF or Excel format and is beginning to contain errors. (telling us the wrong products to ship) I need the software revised to include some new functionality and fix the errors. I will supply a full copy of the database.

Hello, If your reading this, then your an expert excel / API coder who can build awesome macros, or someone with a new type of solution. If your not, then no need to apply. I have a client that needs his database imported from his patient management system, into Infusionsoft CRM. His client management system doesn't have an open API, so he is going to export a CSV every day into dropbox with his current client list. Each client will have a unique ID (this would be the client management systems ID, NOT Infusionsoft ID) It is your job to get this patient management CSV uploaded to a dropbox folder, and automatically merge it with his existing database within Infusionsoft. I assume this can be done with an Excel Macro, as I had someone do something similiar to this with that program. I'm not a coder, so I don't know how this can be achieved, I'm open to suggestions on what this will take. Please tell me how you will accomplish the following (as well as a quote) 1. Take lates...

Needed: A specialized marketing data processor to aid in our direct mail objectives and some email marketing efforts. This qualified person must have experience and knowledge using Sales Force CRM and FoxPro. Data processing duties include: receiving and managing large quantities of marketing data (up to 500,000 student and teacher contact records at a time), process that data to proper format, de-dup, divide into mailing campaigns we've designed in Sale Force, and deliver to our mail production house for direct mail production. Data processing for our mail campaigns can be either very straight-forward and simple, other times, it can involve manual manipulation to include different personalized merge fields (taken from various Sales Force reports). All finalized marketing data is loaded into Sales Force AFTER being sent to the mail production house; all responses and purchases are recorded within Sales Force. Generally, raw data is not loaded before being mailed. Basic analysis...

I'm scraping contact info of the web, and I need some help importing this data in a repeatable way. All the scrapes are in csv format and contain standard stuff like name, job, twitter url. I'm struggling with some table joins and I was hoping to get some help with that. Specifically, here's the problem (my post) I'm stuck with.   [obscured]  /questions/30051801/insert-multiple-values-in-mysql-in-a-nested-select I will share a git project on bitbucket, and give you access to my mysql rds instance. The specific requirement is that I scrape members from a public website. Each scrape is associated with a group. Members can exist in several groups, i.e. two scrapes will produce some duplicate members. I have one table for groups and one for members, and a 3rd table that contains member_id, group_id where member_id can exist for each group_id e.g. 123,1 123,2 123,3 where member # 123 is a member of group 1, 2 and 3. I think we need to import to a temporary table, populat...

EDIT: by database I am referring to a simple Excel list Hi everyone, I am looking for a skilled VBA professional to develop an automation macro for a database. Following is an overview of the end-result: We have a database A, with a list of different types: O, P, Q, which all have different characteristics: height, weight, age. All characteristics are written on the same row as the type, inside the neighbouring columns. Also, we have database B, with identical layout as database A, where there are different instances of those database A types: O-1, O-2, P-1, P-2, Q-1, Q-2. All instances of the same letter have the same charateristics, as declared in database A. Since the charateristics (height, weight, age) change over time, I need a macro which connects these databases i.e. if something in database A is changed it will, by the click of a button, update all the instances in database B. To add: It will also automatically identify which types have changed and will offer you checkb...

Hi Elance Gurus, I have a table with 2M rows in Postgres 9.4 database table running on Windows 7. I am pasting some sample data and the output to help you understand the structure of the data and the relationship between the two columns in the table. I also have a query that works on this small sample and gives me the desired output (Please see the query below). However, the performance of this query on a moderate size table with 2 million rows is very bad. It ran for several hours and gave me no more space error. I am looking for an advanced SQL expert to modify or rewrite the query completely to run on the 2M rows data set and return the result within a decent amount of time. lets say less than 30 minutes. The performance and scalability of this query is very important to me as I may have to deal 6M rows in near future. Please see the attachment for the complete data. You have to unzip and load this to the table. Your help is much appreciated. Below are the SQL steps to help yo...

I first posted this job about a year ago, and an Elancer did a great job in getting a database set up. I'm looking for some help again. My nonprofit group is responsible for calling/visiting senior citizens (done on a monthly basis). We have to keep track of who was assigned to each senior (we call them visitors), whether the senior was contacted, whether they were visited, and the date(s) they were visited. I receive the seniors "database" in an Excel worksheet that contains their personal information (names, ages, addresses, etc.) Assignments are done: -based on the visitor's address (we try to keep them near their residential area), -based on gender (men contact men, women contact women) -based on the senior's age. Although the organization considers seniors to be 55 and over, we only make calls/visits to seniors 65 and over--so I have to search through the worksheet and only assign visitors to seniors over 65. It's tedious. I needed a simplified way to (a) assi...

Hi I have a company that uses contractors to install a component backyard decking system. I would like to develop a program that keeps track of the installers across Canada. I have design agents located in a call center environment and want the call center agents to be able to access a data base of installers and refer them to customers that are inquiring across Canada. The call center agent should be able to search for the potential contractor a number of different ways - postal code of where the customer is located - we can then determine if we have a contractor in that area - An actual map of Canada where you click on a region and it brings up the potential installers in the area - by location of Home Depot stores - click on a Home Depot store location and then determine which installers are located nearest that Home Depot store I also want to have a place where we store the contractor information like WCB, Insurance, refrences etc. Company contact info.....
