I have a busy practice and do a fair amount of foreclosure cases that involve chapter 13 bankruptcy and sometimes chapter 7 bankruptcy. I need a licensed attorney to appear at 341 hearings and confirmation hearings usually once-a-week in Newark. 341 hearings take not more than 10 minutes once your case is called so total would be one hour. Confirmation hearings are also quick and usually just involve meeting with the trustee in court for a minute to ask for an adjournment or negotiate confirmation. From time-to-time an actual hearing with the judge may be required. You really don't need any experience, I can train you. These are pretty straight forward and take little to no preparation. 341 hearings are at One Newark Center, Newark (same building as Seton Hall Law School) and confirmation hearings are at the Federal Court House at 50 Walnut Street.
