My client would like to form a domestic trust to hold assets. It must be able to be a strong asset protection tool with the below-stated goals. Wyoming is my clients jurisdiction of preference, my not exclusively. The winning contractor will create one trust and all documents necessary, and create up to 3 LLC's if needed and all documents necessary, and will do I transfer of an entity into the trust/LLC's. The winning price will be per trust. They will also outline any deadlines or necessary requirements, explain how to do them and when they are needed. Some of the assets might be foreign. -goals 1-protect beneficiary's assets from beneficiarys own poor judgement 2-protect from beneficiarys creditors 3-vesting control of distribution in another perosn or entity 4-minimize estate and generation skipping transfer taxes 5-provided family with special needs after caregiver is gown 6-safeguard and grow assets for generations to come 7-exists outside the federal transfer tax system, ...

Hi there, I need help formulating T&C that a user must agree and adhere to in order to use a service (an app for the phone). We are building an app (called nimble) that allows freelancers to register their availability on it. It is more or less a calendar that communicates when they would be available for a freelance brief/ job. Background: We are a small recruitment company called LIZH that handles freelance and permanent briefs from our clients who are predominantly advertising agencies. Freelance is our bread and butter, but it takes up too much of our time and the competition is getting harder. Typically we will get a call from an agency asking for a freelancer or a freelancing team (made up of 2 individuals that work together) to start the following Monday or in the next day or so. We are a US service company formed as an LLC in New York State. We have a service contract that specifies that work must be done by our employees. What are the legal and business requirements, cost and liability issues of recruiting Indian citizens to do our work in India as our employees.
