I need someone to analyze the attached fact pattern and accurately respond to the questions at the end, assuming US law governs. Your response should be in (or be close to) standard US law school format - that is, it should state the issues involved, cite the relevant laws, apply the laws to the facts, and set forth conclusions (these four elements being "IRAC" as taught in US law schools). Your answer should be brief (around a page at most) and/or in outline form, and need not be written perfectly - your work product will be used as the basis for an hour-long discussion, rather than presented in written form. The analysis should either be (1) under the law of a specific state of the USA, or (2) in respect of standard legal principles common across the USA (if you are certain that the latter would yield a useful answer). Please let me know in your proposal whether you expect your answer to conform to (1) or (2). Note that you do not need to worry overmuch about what laws w...

Family law case, but does not require any specialized knowledge in that area. This is because it is primarily business oriented. Also, documentation, pleadings, research, briefs, etc. can be prepared for you by a retired attorney-- ready for your review, changes and analysis. Case is set to start trial on September 1 with essentially all the workup done. Discovery has been completed, binders for exhibits are being prepared, the issues isolated, and we just need someone to try the case. In many aspects it is like trying a partnership dissolution case because it is financial oriented in the sense of both parties are making reimbursement claims (alleging that each other has misappropriated business assets for their personal purposes). The client 'sCPA has already prepared the fiscal reports and exhibits. Would like to have this done on a daily flat fee basis, but it is negotiable. Would love to talk with you about the case. The particular litigant involved has previously been retained b...

I am a pro se litigant. I am searching for a brief writer for the Oregon Appellate Court. My appeal is against the estoppel and summary judgment of Multnomah Circuit Court. Defending parties have alleged disclosure issues on bankruptcy therefore I can not pursue a legal negligence case against my former divorce attorney. However, disclosure was made, and the Trustee has claimed I can sue. Further, I was led to believe at the time I filed my bankruptcy that my claim was insufficient per the attorney representing me and the defendants because I was lacking evidence. 6 months after my bankruptcy closed and was discharged, evidence became attainable to me in which I proceeded to file suit against the attorney. According to the DOJ and US Trustee I can pursue a claim, but the lower court ignored the letter and transcription from the BK court and gave the defendants estoppel for not listing the claim on my bk and allegations of disclosure which are untruthful. I have found case law...
