Hello- I a US attorney or paralegal that can look up any lawsuits pertaining to two a specific companies- and I would like them to send me the results. This should be looked for in all States, district and federal courts- basically any court system- so I am assuming you need access to a database like lexis nexis. This is very easy- so please be reasonably priced.

Hello, I am looking for an attorney who can help me with a Writ of Mandamus in Maryland to gain title for a vehicle. I am purchasing a 1976 Ford Bronco from a gentleman in Pennsylvania. This Bronco is in rough shape and was bought for parts by the current owner. When he bought it he did not get a title because he was going to use the car for parts. My plan is to restore it so I need to be able to get title. After several conversations with the MVA it seem I would have to have a writ of mandamus from the courts allowing MVA to issue a new title for the vehicle. After speaking with the court it is a $135 filing fee and pretty straight forward and minimal paperwork. I would like to hire an attorney to handle this process for me or at least guide me through the process and review my paperwork necessary to file. Or if someone is familiar with a situation as this and can offer alternative advice I am all ears. Thank you in advance for time. Sincerely, Chris
