Dears, Hope everything is fine. I am about to select a manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China who will be supplying my company with wireless products. I want to have contract with this vendor covering: 1- NDA, specially we will be using our own brand name that we don't want to make it to public that we own this brand so need to prevent any info to be given about our name or the brand name to public "including everybody like competitors, other companies ?. etc). 2- Supplying the wireless products in a way of exclusivity for the specific models we buy under conditions of minimum quarterly orders. The exclusivity should be covering the middle east region (will list the countries to you later). This are the main basic points want to have them covered in addition to the standard ones like warranty ? etc

We need a lawyer to a comprehensive plan to incorporate a startup in Mexico. This would include proper registration processes. What is required to apply for tax registration, employment benefits, and paperwork required for office rental. The ownership is non-Mexican and preference is for a single owner of the entity. The output should be simple checklist which can be referenced as the project proceeds.

Description of legal work: We moved house on April 30th and our removals company damaged 3 items valued at circa 15,000. They accepted fault for the damage willingly (for one of the items, the most expensive, they actually brought the damage to my attention) and they processed an insurance claim with their insurance provider, who subsequently refused to pay out on the claim. I have asked the removal company to give further details as to the reason for the claim not being payed out and have written to them to request their director personally take action with the insurance company to or to lodge a case with the ombudsman service to pursue the matter and obtain the money I need to replace the damaged items, however they are now not responding. I need someone to help me with this and somehow obtain the money I'm owed. With thanks
