Hi, I'm looking for an experienced residential real estate agent who has > 2 years experience in property leasing to compile a list of the top 25 reasons why the agent is contacted by the tenant. Preference for someone with UK property experience will be given. The specific number of reasons you provide is irrelevant, so long as it captures most of the reasons. Drawing on your own experience, what I'm looking for is: 1. A list of the reasons for contact initiated by the tenant 2. What the typical outcome /work required to resolve the issue 3. Roughly how many hours of admin work is generated for the agent in dealing with the contact. Detail on the tasks performed, by whom, and approvals required from landlords or otherwise would be required. Looking for a Salesforce expert who can train some staff and assist in integrating with Exact target, Order Motion (OMX) and possibly more systems. Salesforce is in place but after a recent staff departure has not been used by sales team. New staff need to get up to speed quickly on how to use salesforce for pipeline management and I need to know what we need to modify in the app to make it work for us. Likely three parts to the engagement: 1 - A few hours of auditing and assessment up front to know what we are dealing with 2 - A block of hours for training staff as needed 3 - Potential integration work with other systems. 1-2 are core, 3 is optional down the road.
