We are a small staffing company focused on direct-hire and temporary contractor placement. As our contractor business is growing, we need someone to create content for a simple employee handbook for our new resources. We have information that exists in pieces, but need things consolidated and content developed to address general HR policies and processes. You should have experience creating relevant content and putting together such a handbook. Someone who has experience in writing/creating relevant content, guiding conversations / making recommendations of what to include in such a document, relevant orders of sections, etc. Job Description: Your qualifications: - Very strong verbal and written communication skills in American English - Experience in writing an employee handbook - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
