I'm writing a paper on the education and training needs of the federal workforce. The background data collection and reports are too dense for me to sort through on my own. I'm seeking a very smart and self-driven individual who can do some of the leg work and writing to get me some solid information. Topics for the inquiry include: -education levels of federal employees by agency -training budgets by federal agency -training/education activities by agency -federal data systems/surveys that can be used in the analysis that are available for public use
