Hi, looking for a nutritionist, registered dietitian/fitness instructor to create a 2-week meal plan. Details: 1) Each week plan consists of 5 days, 5 meals per day (breakfast - snack - lunch - snack - dinner). So total number of breakfasts/lunches/dinners meals should be 10-10-10 in 2 weeks, snacks can be repeated. 2) Total calories target per day should be 2500. 3) The simpler the meal - the better (so we know exactly what we eat), see attached example. 4) Breakfasts could be based on eggs-, oatmeal-. 5) As of snacks, I am not sure what that could be, but it should be simple too - if you could send few simple options (like boiled egg, protein bar, etc) that would be good 6) Meals will be cooked all on Sunday for eating throughout the week - so they need to be designed to stay for a few days in the fridge (NOT the freezer) The most important meals have to be tasty! :) not blunt and tasteless, but at the same time has to complement workouts.
