We require a flash developer to develop the tools that give the ability for a user to broadcast a chosen webcam and microphone to player(s) on a remote computer. It should allow multiple users to watch a single broadcaster. There will be something like Wowza in the middle so a broadcaster can push video to this intermediary server and the player can receive it from there. It is vital that it is as real time as can be and that the delay in video is at a minimum. The buffer on the viewer end should be as small as possible so that not so much is video buffered that it adds to the delay. The video on both broadcaster and viewer sides will be an embedded element like the YouTube player as other components will exist on the page, so it should not be a full screen page or application. A seeking bar is not required since video is live. We will require you to develop the solution for us and then provide full source code with a list of tools required to compile.
