NOTE: Preference will be shown to those who give us solid feedback and the ability to demonstrate coding for VERY high traffic sites. We don't care about your design skills. The site can end up being as ugly and simple as Craigslist. The entire workings of the site are dead. The design is still intact but nothing works due to poor and costly programming and infrastructure design. The premise of the site allows you to upload a file and the site distributes it to multiple file hosting sites. The problem with this design is that it's very costly in terms of bandwidth and hosting. The goal is to find a more intelligent way to accomplish this. We're thinking the...

We are seeking an experienced, full-time developer to build the new internal product summarized below. The new product will support the OpenX Problem Management process which aims to uncover and resolve underlying problems in technology or other organizational areas to ensure smooth and reliable business operations. The system build will be phased over several months, but we are expected to deliver a fully working, reliable "minimum viable product" (MVP) in production by the end of September 2015. The system should give users the ability to submit, update, and manage 'problem' tickets through the "problem" lifecycle. Tight integration with Iridium (our production incident management system) will be necessary to allow the problem management system to, for example, auto-suggest problem topics reported as follow up tasks from an incident in Iridium. The current thinking is that the problem management system would be integrated with Iridium via an Iridium REST API ...
