What are the responsibilities in the job? ? Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve customer issues independently, making use of available resources. ? Write a knowledge-based article for every new issue solved. ? Own and resolve customer issues in a timely manner for your assigned skill groups ? Adhere to assigned time zone (PST); ensure highest possible availability for incoming calls, maximizing productive use of time between issues. ?
