We have been running an online instance of Microsoft Dynamics Online for a little over 2 years; primarily assisting our project team manage our installation process. A few customized solutions, entities, forms and form fields are in place. The original implementation was on CRM Online 2011 and had a customisation to support automated task generation. We are currently using CRM Online 2015 Update and are scheduled for 2015 Update 1 in September. There has not been an administrator to assist through the various updates since moving to 2013. We are looking to expand from 8 users to around 25.
