Hey Everyone, We are opening a new Juice and Smoothie Bar in Arlington Texas and are in need of some design consulting. The space is approx. 1050 sq. feet and located in a Shopping Mall. This project started out as something simple and we have evolved it into something much more involved and intricate. We have already submitted plans to the city for the design, but would love help with table/counter placements, cooler placements for grab and go juices, color schemes, displays, shelving etc. The ideal candidate has some experience with restaurants and/or the hospitality industry. We would also prefer to work with an architect/designer but are open to all applicants. Thanks for looking!

Most of the time I have 120VAC available via generators. However, when the generators (which is the prime power source) run out of diesel I need at least an hour or two to continue powering my sensors and cell modem. They both require 12VDC and at full draw require 350ma. This is the peak when the cell modem is transmitting. While not transmitting the requirement is less than 100ma. So I need batter backup. Solar is another option as more and more I am going to places where the generators are only used at night (light towers). I may have to get more use out of this option at some point. Here are the general specifications: - 120VAC input - Battery backup (4x AA or equivalent) - Solar backup (12v 10W panel) - 12-15V DC output for sensors, cell modem, and 5VDC regulator - a voltage meter scaled 0-5V from 10-18V for the MCU ADC - digital output for detection of battery (HIGH on AC, LOW on Battery Backup). Please send me a quote on this project for a Schematic, BOM and general board l...

Calculate energy savings arising from installing zone valves to a multistory, multi tenanted office building. We would be going from two variable temperature radiator circuits (North & South) fed from fixed speed pumps. Going to 2 port zone valves on each floor and introducing speed control to the pumps. More detailed information available for the chosen candidate.

Dear Bidders I will have 1 - 8 sets of plans a week, existing and proposed. And I need a contractor to use our excel calculator which will produce a quotation, you will need to go down the list of items in the calculator input the amount of material required and labour required to do the job. Its quite easy. You just need to know the amounts of materials required and the time to take to do the job. Each job will take a QS about an hour to do it. All prices are preset so you won't need to knowthe costs, just a mount of material and amount labour to do it. I am prepared to offer $25 per quote. There will be 1 - 8 quotes a week. I am based in the UK and am a director for my building company, the excel spreadsheet is copyright protected. Once you get in touch with me for a brief discussion I will then send you a sample quotation excel sheet you will be using. I have attached a sample set of plans which you would be using. I look forward to meeting you. Thanks Philip(ID: 77096...
