We need a front-end designer that is up-to-date with the latest web standards such as HTML5, CSS3, ES5 and most importantly, can develop "Mobile 1st" responsive designs for devices (phones and tablets). It's also important that this designer is familiar with the Twitter Bootstrap CSS framework and can build semantic HTML5 pages. The following are general tasks and responsibilities: Collaborate with team on mocking up UI/UX, either in Photoshop or directly as HTML/CSS. Translate mockup into a responsive page that scales well across desktop and mobile devices, preferably using a CSS framework like Bootstrap. Work with front-end engineers during design integration in the inevitable case that the design breaks or requires modification.
