I have a small python app running on Raspberry Pi which reads serial input from 3 serial ports from 3 arduinos with sensors. The arduinos send data once every 10 minutes to the Pi which then writes the data one line at a time to a CSV file. I've been using Google docs to render the data into a spreadsheet and graph it. I want to add to the python program to write the data to a SQL database (SQL Lite). Here are the fields: Date Time,ID,Outside Temp,Outside Humidity,Tank Temp,pH Sensor Value,pH calculated,IR light #1,Full Light #1,Lux #1,IR Light #2,Full Light #2,Lux #2, Tank Temp #2, pH Sensor Val #2, pH Calculated #2, IR light #3,Full Light #3,Lux #3 All fields are numeric except the Date Time. The database will be hosted on the Pi (Raspbian OS). You can SSH in to install it. This is the first part of the project. I'd also like suggestions on how to easily and flexibly graphically represent the data. I like the way Google Drive can represent the data because it's easy to man...
