Using the Bria API (Counterpath Software) we are looking for a simple Salesforce integration that allows the following capability: 1. click to call from phone fields 2. Pass back of time on the call (length recording) 3. Pop-up to record call notes (Rich Text field) 4. upon closing pop-up the task is recorded as an outgoing call, from logged in user to the record where the number was clicked (Generally Contact) with the start and end times, and the recorded notes included or attached. This will be built into our Salesforce Environment and functionality will be expanded in a series of projects. I have the API / Developers guide for the softphone, they already have an outlook add-in, so this might be basically similar to that (if you looked at how that works)... Successful candidates will propose approach, cost, and time required. Previous telephony integration experience is preferred.
