I need an easy check-in and record keeping solution for my business. Majority of my business is allowing access to business space and I need a way to track and analyze the individual client access of a 4000 SF office. If possible, and if a card or badge system can be used, I would like the ability to load and charge the card for dollar value. I would also need and integrated payment and register system to sell and maintain my memberships. I need research done to find out if using a database software or application is more flexible and cost efficient. Also, which specific product (or products) works best for my business? Should I purchase a ready made system, or have one built for my specific business? If so, how much would it cost?
