We need someone to install and configure a call centre using Asterisk and other necessary tools. We envisage this to be hosted on Amazon and expect to receive calls at a call centre expected to have 10 seats initially. The configuration should include queues; automated responses and inputs from callers (eg to cancel a card); Autodialling; SIP; and Call Logging for each SIP addresses; logs for incoming and outgoing calls; etc. This is new territory for us so we need someone who can explain what is involved carefully and help with all the necessary integrations so calls can be answered locally and overseas.
