Yikes! Help! My Texas LLC started last September, and I closed out 2014 successfully, but I really need someone to catch me up to this year on Xero with invoices, payments, expenses, etc... Here is my setup: I invoice clients in Harvest. They pay using check, Stripe, or PayPal. That payment is recorded in Harvest, which syncs with Xero. I pay for expenses (contractors, supplies, services) using direct draft from my bank account or by visa credit card. I send receipts to Expensify. ZenPayroll handles payroll, and all the necessary tax payments and filings - yay!
