I need somebody to do a process service at 1401 W Temple St, in Los Angeles. The process service is for a monetary small claims case. I bought a battery for my electric bike for $1325 from an electric scooters shop, and never got it delivered. There is no safety concern. I keep a good relationship with the shop owner, but he will just never get the job done. Currently, he does not have those kind of batteries anymore and does not want to return the money. No legal knowledge is necessary to do a process service: anybody can do it. All you need to do is hand some paperwork to the store owner and file some form at the courthouse, stating you handed the paperwork to the defendant.
