I am considering buying a property to create a Christmas tree farm for my community. I anticipate significant losses until the trees mature. I plan to have a pumpkin patch, watermelon patch, pick your own blueberries. I am also interested in renting the property for events such as weddings and family reunions. I'm looking for someone to categorize my transactions in Quickbooks for two years, from all my credit card and bank statements. Also, reconcile bank statements. I'm pretty sure I have all of the transactions already downloaded and they just need to be imported into Quickbooks and then categorized. I do not think you will have to manually type or manually enter any transactions. I think you just need to choose an appropriate category for each transaction and also a CLASS. I also use Classes. You can look in my old Quickbooks files for guidance about which categories. I have a detailed Chart of Accounts. This is a project that requires one-on-one time working with me over Skype and TeamViewer, so I can show you everything I have. Then you can go work with the data for a few hours. Then we'll work together again, using TeamViewer, so we can both see the file and see the progress. And, then repeat. We are an online seller, most specifically via amazon although we use other channels as well. Im looking for someone to handle, bookkeeping of sales via amazon as well as expenses etc. We have been in business for a few years, our sales have grown and bookkeeping is not one of our strong points. I run a couple small businesses. I have yet to do any organized job of keeping our books. I've charged all business expenses on a specific credit card, and I have some semi-organized notes about income received, and some notes somewhere about who owes me money, etc. I need to get organized! I have an established small limited company that will need to submit audited accounts to verify total revenue and royalties payable under an Intellectual Property licensing arrangement, either on a six monthly or annual basis. The company uses an on-line bookeeping package (Xero) in which all transactions are logged, copies of supporting documentation kept and all company bank account transactions reconcilled (via a bank feed in Xero) and the succesful bidder would be provided with access to this information.
