I need to make sure everything is in order with companies house and HMRC for my new Ltd company for FY ending March 2014. I have done the book-keeping and draft accounts already (all in excel spreadsheets from   [obscured]  /) and I have used HMRC basic PAYE tools to pay both directors (the only employees). I'm expecting that it won't be too complex, but I think that it might need 2 corporation tax submissions as operating in 2 different areas (to be discussed). I would like an accountant to assist with advice, checking and submission and basic reassurance that everything is in order.

Basically looking to replace a google spreadsheet I currently use for home budgeting.   [obscured]  /site/evergreenflowcalendar/home Its worked great for years but recently I've gotten some errors and its a bit more than I need. I don't need the whole calendar anymore. Mainly all I need is to be able to forecast how much will be in my account at the end of every month. Also I'd like to be able to see how much should be in my account on the day I'm checking it (so that I can compare it to my actual checking account). I'd like it to be twelve months per spreadsheet instead of the current 6. And I like the color coding option and the low balance indicator. Being able to enter in notes for transactions would be great too. Oh and it has to be a google spreadsheet because I like to be able to share it with my wife and access it from any device.

Basically I need someone to enter in all debits/credits (revenue/expenses) for the month and then reconcile it all back to cash at bank and bank statements. Hi I've got a simple accounting task. I need someone to go into my e-comm store and export all my sales records. You then need to go into my merchandise provider store and export my sales records. You will then need to have a look at my Canadian tax calculations and ensure I've calculated the right PST/GST/HST for all transactions.
