Hi - I'm living abroad for the past couple of years (Brazil). I run an online business (web design). I would like to learn if I qualify for the foreign earned income exclusions. I have not been in the USA since 2011 and was only there for a short while during that year. I also had my first child last year and paid for all medical expenses related to the birth. I have not yet registered for my daughter's SSN so I am not clear if I will be able to deduct those expenses or not. I will be able to get a SSN this year for our child. I will also be marrying and am just waiting to clear some visa hurdles for those steps to happen. I'm looking for an accountant with a lot of expat tax return experience who can help guide me through the best ways to make my return and actually make the return for me. I have most everything organized in Quickbooks online. Thank you.

Hello, I own an Online Custom Organic Soil Building Store called BuildASoil.com We are opening a large manufacturing and packaging facility this month after 2 years success online. We would like to streamline our inventory process so that we have much better understanding of our costs from purchase, through dissassembly and through basic "Kitting" or Manufacturing to final sale. We currently use Shopify for our store and DEAR systems inventory along with XERO accounting and everything is synced. My challenge is that I don't know enough to get the system fully dialed in and I keep getting stuck running the day to day business. I'm willing to Ditch Dear SYSTEMS and move to STITCH labs or any other solution. All I care about are results and a system that is accurate. Once done I want to take stock of inventory and I think I can manage eveything from there, but might need a few things in the future too.

I have about 12 months of spending and some revenue that I need put into my Quickbooks software (desktop version).
