I need some coaching/advising on how to properly set up Intuit Quicken for my business. I currently auto-downloading from my Chase accounts. The Quicken program is "populating" all of my transactions with incorrect categories. I need help knowing how to set this up so some bank accounts don't populate any category information in the download process and other bank accounts process the correct categories. My guess is that this will take an hour or two with your ability to "see" my screen and walk me through the process of getting things set up correctly. I may be open to some longer term assignments/projects, based on how our relationship and communication goes. Thanks. Brian

I run a small real estate investment company in Texas. Through fast growth and one bad hire, our bank accounts have gotten out of balance with our books. We currently have 34 different bank accounts. A few of them are far out of balance. The majority are probably just a few transactions out of balance and a handful are in balance. I would like to have you do 95% of the reconciliation on the accounts that are out of balance. By that, I mean I would like to have you reconcile as much as you can and mark those transactions as such thus leaving me to only have to consider the transactions that do not match. I recently got quickbooks and I need to start inputting the information for all my company monthly expenses. My personal accountant uses quickbooks and has given me the files for the previous two years. I need to import these files into quickbooks and then start registering all my monthly expenses for this year. I need someone to help me through this process. The setting up of quickbooks and the keeping up of quickbooks by meeting with me (or through teamview) once a month and do all expenses.
