Hi, I'm a resident of Hong Kong and I would like to start selling my products in the US through Amazon FBA. Since Hong Kong does not have tax treaty with the US so I believe that I will be subject to double tax. I'm thinking of forming a BVI company solely for selling on Amazon by FBA to avoid paying for taxes both in Hong Kong and in the US. However, BVI is very difficult to open bank account in Hong Kong. Assuming BVI company do not have to pay tax in the US, do I must have a bank account for my BVI to do business because Amazon allow you to use any bank account to receive money and I know that I can register a BVI company with Amazon as their vendor. I would like to seek professional opinion before forming a business entity. Is BVI company my best option? Please let me know what is your consultation fee for your professional opinion. I am looking for someone who can do both these things. 1.) I am looking for someone who can send one text to people who call a phone number. It is to make sure that customer support phone-call went ok. You will be alerted when a call has been received by my company. I then need you to send them an SMS. What you send them will be pre-written. You just have to cut and paste. This job is very simple and will maybe take 20 minutes per day, maximum. You will then need to update a Google Docs Spreadsheet to mark your completed work. 2.) However, I am struggling to find a way to send SMS. It seems Google works but for some reason I cannot do it from my account. You would need to set it up within your gmail account ? or we could make a separate account for this.
