First of all I am positive that I'm not the first and only person to try doing something like this. We tried several packages (see the bottom of the post). I have twitter/facebook crawlers running in java and loading tweets into mysql table, but I open to integration with any technologies. So I need to be able to deliver the process that takes free-form text (like tweet) and outputs json with the following fields - address - open datetime - close datetime - optionally, quality score indicating how certain we are that the information is accurate. Ideally, it would be two scores - one for address and one for date/times. I am recording explanations to go with a slide show, and need the audio files transcribing into text. I'm not too concerned with accuracy because I will use the text as a draft to rewrite.
