VA needed to manage and coordinate the production of a group of display panels and framed prints. Prepare specifications based on my direction, release to several vendors, follow up and answer Qs, collect prices, assemble price memo to client. Also likely coordinate order of a promo shopping bag. InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop a plus, in general, although maybe not necessary for this project. Time zone may be an issue, because a big part of this project will be coordinating with a few vendors and this will require quick exchanges during the day (EST), rather than one exchange every 24 hours. I should also say that I have a lot of other tasks I need help with so I am also looking, in parallel, for a person who I could use frequently.
