We are looking for a highly-competent VA to assist us in our email customer service. We are a career discovery portal for young millennials so we need someone with the right mindset to help us answer questions relating to our service. We require 1 to 2 hours per day, or around 45 hours per month initially. No specific timezones required, but you will need to ensure you can clear your email account around the clock, even skeletal coverage during vacation periods. This work will ultimately lead to a long-term position, and likely a growth in the size of the role.
