Each document needs some simple edits: - Remove logo in header - Update company name and copyright statement in footer - Change font from Times to Arial - Embolden first column of table headings - Check overall layout is acceptable - Re-save document with new filename From our testing, the edits can be carried out in around 60 seconds per document. Seeking transcriptionist to transcribed legal dictation. I dictate billable time and short notes after each client contact. I would be dropping the audio files into a shared DropBox folder titled "To Be Transcribed." You will periodically check the "To Be Transcribed" folder for new files and transcribed the recording into the appropriate MS Word memo template or preformatted timekeeping Excel spreadsheet. Once you're done with the transcription, you will save the file back to DropBox and move the audio file to the "Transcription Completed" folder. This will be an ongoing project. I anticipate two to three hours throughout the week to start. Transcription will need to be performed continuously as new files appear in the "To Be Transcribed" Dropbox folder. This is not a project they can be completed once a week.
