The MS Word document does not have to look exactly like the PDF but it does need to have the information listed in the MS Word document. The use of boxes as shown in the PDF are not needed to separate sections. Only use boarder lines (using the "-" dash key multiple times creates the boarder line) to create separate sections. All content in the PDF must fit into 1 page. Rearranging the information is fine but all PDF information needs to be in the MS Word document. Good luck

Hello I have a document that has lists in levels. I have it formatted at the moment so that there is Heading 1 and following stage numbers. When I delete a section I would like the numbers to continue. At the moment it works for Level 1 but not Level 2. I have tried for ages to fix this, but have not been able to sort it.
