Shreyans, Attached is a spreadsheet that we use to analyze our investment purchases. We need to add a couple of things with your help. Often times on the buildings we buy, the lease with the tenant has annual escalation clauses in the lease for rent increases. For instance, the rent my escalate every year by 5%. So I think we need to add tabs for each year that would have a formalu where we can enter what the lease escalation clause is and then it will automatically change the rent for that year and then change the return. Perhaps we can remove the existing cells (J19-L30) where it has appreciation formulas and just incorporate those in each yearly tab. If you feel there is a better way, please advise. I have a large document that needs to be formatted. The total book is a compilation of seven recipe books into one. The formats are different between the different books and needs to be formatted to match. The person hired will be given instructions on how to complete the document formatting. The first 65 pages of the document are formatted correctly and will serve as an example if needed. The book is 348 pages long - though the first 65 pages (as mentioned above) are already done.
