Preliminary study for: Shrink sleeve applicator: floating mandrel, single head, hourly production <200 ppm, variable product dimensions. We are designing a plastic electronics enclosure for a custom bluetooth speaker. We have a design of the outer case and a design for the speaker housing completed. We need to change the size of the speaker so the speaker housing must be resized. We also need the speaker housing integrated into the outer case design (the two parts were not originally made to fit together). The parts are fairly simple with the case being one solid surface and the enclosure only having simple components. We need a service provider proficient in Solidworks (or similar) that can take our existing files and make the changes to integrate them. The service provider should also be familiar with 3d printing and be able to advise on proper materials to print a prototype. One part is threaded and screws together.
