I have two existing Facebook ads that could use improvement and a tune up. We have several past campaigns we have not deleted which we learned from but that were failures. We are a small law office than handles bankruptcy and foreclosures. I don't know if I am spending too much money or not enough on facebook ads. I would like to concentrate on getting more foreclosure/bankruptcy clients. Foreclosure clients often become bankruptcy clients. An Irish private limited company with 2 directors , 50/50 shareholding has recently become insolvent due to 2nd director actions. 2nd director wants to take the remaining money on accounts and refuses filing tax returns/paying tax unless 1st director approves that. The company might fall overdue for tax and both directors might get exposed to personal liability. 2nd director claims he has necessary emails to prove the company was illegally trading because of 1st director, and will do everything to hold up 1st director liable. Client creditor based in Cyprus is tempted to seek personal liability from both directors, however agreed to sign an indemnification agreement with the 1st director in exchange for information about a cheaper alternative service. -Can such agreement be drafted for the 1st director not 2nd as a settlement with this client creditor (major one)? -What other protective measures can be sought
