I have a small consulting firm that I have just started with a few clients and employees. We're currently using Quickbooks for bookkeeping and ADP for payroll services. I need someone to help me a few hours each week to import check and credit card transactions, reconcile accounts, create about 10 invoices per month, etc. We'll need to have our initial call via Skype or phone, then plan to have a call once or twice a month for 15 minutes to discuss any questions. I'm assuming 10-20 hours per month, but feel free to quote hourly rate or monthly. Knowledge required: Quickbooks Online Preferable: ADP payroll integration We will only hire US-based workers willing to complete a Non-disclosure agreement.
