I am an independent consultant currently using Wave Accounting, but would like to switch to QuickBooks. I would like to move as much data as possible over from Wave to Quickbooks. It is not a huge amount of data (no more than 50 invoices and a few hundred transactions), but as I begin QuickBooks I would like to have as full a picture as possible of my accounts. Following this transfer of data, I'd love someone to be able to help with the "initial setup" of my accounting in QuickBooks. Please contact me if you are interested and qualified. I'm looking for somebody that knows vlookups (or other lookup / reference functions in MS Excel) to build an Excel-based Completed Contracts and Percentage of Completion job schedules. So, this project would entire exporting the job profitability summary out of QBs into Excel and having lookup formulas to automate the percentage of completion schedules based on actual costs incurred to total estimated costs. I would send you job profitability exports out of QBs and my current Excel template (that is not automated). The successful candidate would be able to take the Excel template (that includes the Completed Contract and Contracts in Progress schedules) and build the lookup formulas to look for the job cost info out of the QBs export and automatically enter it into excel. I have other Excel and Word automation projects after this. Thank you.

Updated 28-7 23:42 I added some pictures how the program must be looking. Not exactly but it will give you an idea what we want. On this moment we use every day excelsheets that we fill in and than we will get the calculator and calculate the totalls for 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 months.
