Attached are the files that get used in the process. My bookkeeper does all of this by hand, and while she does a good job relative to the final outcome she spends hours on it and every change that gets made afterwards snowballs into revising all of the documents. I think the process could be accomplished in about 15 minutes if we had a Filemaker based process with defined sorting and summary functions. 4 Cheese Kitting Sheet May 6.xlsx is the file that gets sent to us by the client. Some of the information should probably be entered in a different format to streamline the content, ie. Price Tier 1 is always 4.29, Tier 2 is 4.39, etc. so having the multiple columns/headers could be reduced to just LTO Counter Card and a quantity. We get multiple bills a month of for different properties across different companies - the bills are not always made out to the proper company as they get transferred between companies.
