Greetings! I have a SharePoint 2010 Foundation site/account for my company that I have been using mainly for document storage and common access for my business partners. We do a fair amount of research, writing, training, etc using a variety of resources including Word, PDF, PPT, video & sound media, etc. I wish to store all of these on the SP site and control access. Our SP site is being seriously UNDER-utilized and I wish to 1) have an expert come in and analyze the way it is set up and make suggestions for efficient structure; 2) utilize SP tools to create a method for searching through the thousands of various files contained within the SP site; 3) help me to more effectively manage the site. I suspect that this would involve an hourly rate.
