We need an experienced writer to translate a series of several blog posts into a high-value eBook *The audience are folks who have little to know knowledge matter on the subject but want to know where the funding is for commercial deals when banks aren't lending. They see a lot of opportunity, but do not see where the capital is readily available.* See attached Word Document for content. We are looking for an attorney that could give us advice in the best practices used to foreclose residential loans issued in Florida. We are launching our lending program in Florida for 1-4 units residential loans for non-owner occupied borrowers looking for short term loans for less than 12 months. We need someone to give us a report on the best foreclosure techniques to protect our lending model. We are doing hard money loans to experience business purpose developers. We are not lending to consumers but rather to experienced investors looking to flip distressed residential properties. Is it best to make the loans to an LLC where whenever the borrower defaults they would grant the lender ownership of the asset immediately through the LLC? is that even possible? thank you

I am co-producing a series entitled 'The Biker church preacher'. We are currently in pre-production for the pilot episode, finishing off the final shots of the electronic press kit, and are currently securing additional production equipment through one of our investors. She is keen for us to maximise the commercial opportunities for this project, and we believe it lends itself well to the graphic novel format. What I'd like to find is a working artist who has the ability and time to create the novel, and potentially suggest ideas for the writer (our series writer/director) to help develop this story into an effective, stand-alone work. I would need to discuss the requirements with the illustrator to work out a suitable fee and timescale for the work, as I will then use this to develop a budget plan.
