We have received an ESRI ArcInfo TIN file that needs to be converted to an ESRI ArcInfo elevation raster using ESRI 3D Analyst. The TIN is quite large, 2.2 gbytes uncompressed (900 mbytes compressed). It will be provided to you as 100 mbyte multi-part rar files that you can download and reassemble. We are needing the following work to be performed: 1. Convert the TIN to an elevation raster with a 10 ft grid cell size. The elevation raster should be in the same projection (i.e., NAD 1983 StatePlane Arizona Central). 2. Clearly document each of the steps that were used to convert the data. This documentation should be in MS Word DOCX file format and include screen captures of the relevant application screens and dialog boxes so that the workflow is readily understood. 3. All screen captures as separate PNG format files, with dialog boxes correctly cropped. No markup of the screen captures should be done; these images should be raw.
