I am interested in designing, developing and manufacturing a RECEIPT size ONLY document scanner proto-type using off-the-shelf electrical and electronics components. Here is a brief functionality description: Upon sensing the paper in the feeder auto start the scan and store the file on SD card in JPG format. There is NO USB port required for file transfer. Only 2 ports required are: for charging the internal battery and the SD card slot. I am developing this proto-type for a project which will require 100 scanners. Upon project success many more scanners will be required. I need quotes for the design, development and delivery (California, USA) for 100 such scanners. I am doing an experiment and need your help to implement it. This is the scenario. 1) I want multiple load sensors connected to a small low cost computer such as raspberry and log the data. Whenever any of the load cell is hit by a punch or any kind of impulse i want to log it. ( Load cell id , current time at which it is hit in millisecond , Force in Newton ) 2) Next I want Led lights connected with each load cell , as soon as the Load cell No1 is hit , next led should light up in the given sequence. As soon as the Load cell is hit light of that load cell will be off and next in the sequence will lit on. I am also attaching a word file for more details please see it. NEED it ASAP. The scope of this project has increased, in addition to the original job description (attached below) I am now looking for the circuit to contain multiple frame buffers (max of 64). The circuit should also contain a demultiplexer (on the inputs to the frame buffers) to distribute the output from the computer (different images) to each of the frame buffers in sequence. As below, the frame buffers should then store each individual image (for as long as the power is on) and each frame buffer should be equipped with a vga output to display the images on individual screens (800px x 480px) If this is something you think you will be able to design and build, please quote me a price, timescale for completion of design and fabrication and when you could start the work.
