Spliffmaster 3000 Project Goal must be to get a finish prototype. We have th idea for a mechanical cnc machine. we have a plan of the workflow and also done a lot of research for the different parts of the machine. we are able to produce and design the electrical part for the machine but we are looking for a product designer for all the mechanical parts. result should be a plan to build s prototype of the machine. The plugin should be able to embedd fluid codes generated into Solidworks flow simulation and the stand-alone application via MS visual studio should call the Solidworks flow assembly and vary different impellers modelled (6 blade Rushton impeller, hydrofoil impeller and a conceptualized impeller) , carry out parametric analysis of simulation of the impeller (fluid height in containing vessel, impeller distance from vessel bottom, various position of impeller and vessel ) and determine the best impeller.that will give a better homogeneity of the fluid to be mixed). The working fluid is a non-Newtonian fluid. Details of dimensions of impeller and containing vessel are available both in doc and sldprt formats.

Design a system and deliver an OpenFoam case for the following scenario: - two chips that emit heat sits on the circuit board - the circuit board is closed in a metal case - the chips are connected with the case by heat pipes - the metal case is equipped with a heat sink The deliverable consist of: 1) A 3D model of the system (for instance, blender ? or any other open source that runs on 32 bit linux) 2) The mesh 3) OpenFoam case A step by step description how to build a case from the 3D model and run the OpenFoam case.

We use a 60cc clear PET bottle in our operation. The company that makes the bottles now has a 14 week lead time. Rather than risk a stock-out, I am interested to create our own bottle mold, tool or die. What I am seeking: 1. assistance designing the bottled (very simple packer bottle with a curved shoulder and 33/400 cap) 2. assistance having the mold, tool or die made where it is least expensive 3. assistance finding a company to make the bottles, preferably in the South East USA I have attached the drawing of the bottle we are using for reference only. We would develop our own simple shape.

This projects entails the design of a evaporation and condensation system where heat is transferred between the evaporation and condensation components. The evaporation component is essentially an insulated tank with a hot fluid that water flows into through copper pipes, absorbing heat from the fluid and evaporating the condensation component is essentially a condenser that condenses steam at 100 degrees to water at 100 degrees. These components are parts of a larger system that's being worked on, its quite a challenging project, the heat taken away from the condenser needs to be transferred back to the fluid in the tank. timeline for the project is 4 weeks, essentially all thats being done is calculations and manufacture specifications.
