I am writing an ebook for my fitness and nutrition blog. I need a disclaimer to put at the beginning that will alleviate me of any legal action from someone that could potentially get hurt from following the exercises prescribed in the ebook. I'm not sure what all a disclaimer is required to entail. "This doesn't constitute medical advice" "Please consult your physician" etc are things I imagine need to be required. I'm not sure what else? This ebook is small and will not be published anywhere. It will just be downloadable content for my readers. Hopefully this is something I can get done here. Thanks!!

I am looking for a good writer to write some short articles for my newly launched website approximately 600-700 Words each. I am focusing on real estate articles and blog entries right now, but the ideal person would be able to transition a bit between real estate and some personal injury writing. I would like to set something up whereby a person can work on a per-article basis, producing maybe a few at first to see some work, then we can continue. I plan on launching a significant amount of new content. Samples can be seen at Farahlegal.com

Hello, I need a good writer (with a legal background) to hep me construct a quick letter in response to my landlord based on a situation I'm having with her in my building. I use to be the property manager but because of her psychotic behavior I have chosen to just pay rent and remove her form my life. She's upset I have chosen to move on so she's trying to make my life a little crazy. Im based in West Hollywood, CA. In the interim, I have kept impeccable records along with pictures to help support my claim that she worked me more hours than required which is partially why im terminating the relationship. Plus, she has stormed in my life and i want ti back. I need a break! Now she wants me to pay rent for a larger amount than what I originally was paying on my other unit I had remodeled out of my own pocket. Last week she was shut down in another building by the building inspectors because of not having any permits. I need someone really good in helping me to break down her letter, ...

You have a lawyer licence in your country and can help me to warn, dispute, fight content thiefs across europe, usa. I want that you write legal long letters to have fear effect. We will never go and dispute the content through courts because its very cost intensive but i want a cheap variant. You will prepare 2-3 pages of legal paper with some nice facts to generate fear. We will send similar letters to different people. So you are bidding to work long term with me.

We are looking to build a library of document templates, which are frequently sent for signature by small business owners and creative professionals. Those templates will be published on our website [obscured] as a free resource for small business owners. Here is an example of the format we're looking to follow: [obscured] /1maHFeF Content requirements: We need each template to have at least 60% unique content. We understand that it is hard to do because of legalize English and many clauses are the same, however, we need our potential contractors to be creative. We also need the templates to be legit so that would be recognized as valid contracts in court. However, we're not providing legal advice. We're a tool to edit, send and sign documents. Each template will include PandaTips, which is advice written in layman's terms, referring to a section of the document and/or the contract as a whole. The idea is that we are providing a service that helps non-lawyers close deals fa...
