Small business needs answering service to take calls 24/7. In addition to friendly call responses in excellent English, we need operators who can be trained to ask a series of qualifying questions to customers and also be able to quote prices to the customer from a price list; then, if the caller becomes qualified, recording the name, address and phone number of the customer and forwarding that information to us in an organized format. Operators will have to become familiar with the brands of products we buy and sell and be able to answer questions about them.
