Hi, We are launching a new recruitment services in Hong Kong that may have implications on our user's in house policy on personal data privacy (which is required by the Hong Kong law). We would like to hire someone who could conduct research on the relevant law to make sure the users adopting our model will not be in breach of the said law. The law itself is pretty straightforward and we have done some initial interpretation on it against our operating model and it should not have any impact, but we want someone professional to look into it just to be safe. The task itself: 1) We'll tell you how our model operates and the legal risk involve 2) You'll do the research and interpretation of the law (of Hong Kong, there is a specific Ordinance governing the matter) 3) You'll write a summary of the research result 4) We will provide a few inhouse privacy policies from our potential users for you to cross examine It should not be too much of work, as mentioned, the law is pretty simple...
