Your assignment is to research the case, identify violations of law and court procedure that violated the defendant's civil rights, including being unjustifiably imprisoned, placed under house arrest, and other deprivations, including seizure of all his assets. The purpose of this research is to provide a litigation attorney all the material he needs to file a lawsuit against the US Government for unjustified harassment, imprisonment, violation of court procedures, etc., and unlawful seizure of assets, to enable the attorney to arrive at a damages settlement on this matter. You must have unlimited access to Lexis-Nexis, or to any database that will enable you to perform the task professionally.
