We are a leading company that creates and develops websites/applications for all types of businesses. We are looking to expand our client list and need to develop an effective sales script which will be used through cold calling. The goal of every phone call is to simply set up a meeting with the potential client. Once we succeed in setting up a meeting, we then send one of our field experts to meet with the client. We have a large client list in our database but not all the information exists. Therefore, we will need two scripts: (1) where we are aware of the relevant person we need to contact, however we do not have his direct extension line which will then lead us to (a) a script to surpass the "doorman" or (b) a script for the relevant person which will lead us to the closing of the appointment (2) we are unaware of the relevant person whom we need contact and must surpass the secretary or doorman.
