An volunteer nonprofit environmental group needs an updated website, and we have chosen to have it be a wordpress site using the theme "enfold". The current volunteers have some experience using this theme and updating content, and have photos and other images for use. However, their time is short and they aren't used to setting up websites. This job is for a webmaster to do the necessary things to get a website up and function on hosting service "Dreamhost", which offers a free nonprofit hosting plan. That hosting plan is already approved, just a matter of building out the initial structure after importing the "enfold" theme, and copying over much of the content from the old website as described by the contact person for our group.
