I was thinking of using AngularStrap to assist in building. The project will consist of the following steps or features: ## Add a New Page 1.) Load page template partials from a folder (ex. assets/partials/text.html) 2.) Allow user to select which partials they want to build a page with from a modal 3.) Once a user selects a partial, load it on the page and close the modal. I also need the ability to pass data from the database to some of the partials. 4.) Allow the user to edit the partial in place, change text and upload new images, must be able to crop images to specs. Angular Module:   [obscured]  /akatov/angular-contenteditable 5.) Allow user to make rich text edits to template partials Angular Module:   [obscured]  / 6.) Allow user to drag and drop partials to change order Angular Module:   [obscured]  /a5hik/ng-sortable 7.) Save all the data to the DB by calling a CodeIgniter Controller/Model ## Edit a Page (Similar to add new page for the most part) 1...

The resulting website will be a standard web-site built using PHP in conjunction with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (jQuery) where necessary. Responsive is a must, mobile view will be as user friendly as the desktop version. PHP will only be used to prevent repeated code like Headers, Footers, Sidebars etc. This will help with content editing without a CMS (i.e. simple includes). The site will consist of around 4 pages including a contact form, basic navigation with dropdown menus, full page banner slider and there will be no database. Basic OpenGraph meta will be needed, along with the ability to have title, keywords and description meta to be associated to each page (i.e. Contact Page - title: Contact, Key words: Contact, Us, Phone, Email, etc. Description: Contact us today to get a quote). The developer will be supplied with a PSD file and content for the site, we require the site to reflect the design 100%. Any frameworks/3rd party code used must be either part of the MIT License...

We will have to fully test and approve anything you want to host on our server before it can go live. (this is a security risk, bad programming can crash our whole server). ." The winning bidder will have to work with the following company who currently hosts our website (unless you know of a better hosting company)to complete the project.   [obscured]   we have a volunteer non-profit organization that gives people a certificate to help cover the cost of spaying or neutering their pets($30-$50), We need people to be able to fill in a form on the website(I made on with jotform but it is not what I really want and I have to still do to much work manually logging the information in a paper notebook by writing it by hand and then I have to reply to their email and forward the form with an approval and a certificate number) We w...
